I hate "muffin top" syndrome as much as the next girl. I can also add cellulite, batwings (arm flab), tum flub, and butt jiggles to my list of hatreds. I'm not a fan of exercise (or dieting), but I do want to be healthy and prevent/get rid of the aforementioned things. I don't like going to the gym AT ALL (feel all judged and quite germophobic), so I work out at home. I'm also quite competitive, so I spend all of my time at the gym making sure I'm going faster than the person next to me, rather than acting like a normal, exercising individual. Yeah, people like me should just work at home.
